GuzelBoard provides a digital signage content management platform that allows users to upload media, create playlists, and manage display devices. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

Your first device is free. If you register two or more devices, a paid subscription is required. Failure to subscribe may result in content restrictions on your devices.

5. Pricing and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly. All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Right to Modify Terms

GuzelBoard reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Subscription Policy, service features, pricing, and terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Content and Storage

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, you grant GuzelBoard a license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service. GuzelBoard is not responsible for any loss of content.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your devices may be subject to content restrictions if you have more than one registered device.

9. Termination

GuzelBoard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for violation of these terms or for any conduct that GuzelBoard determines is harmful to the service or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuzelBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
